226th GA Book of Order Amendments Informational Zoom

At the Presbytery meeting on Tuesday, March 11 Eastminster Presbytery will vote on the items of business that were sent by the 226th General Assembly to presbyteries for a vote. This year there are twelve proposed amendments to the Book of Order and a new ecumenical agreement with the Episcopal Church.

On Tuesday, February 25 at 1:00 p.m., we will have an informational meeting to help Eastminster Presbytery understand each of the items of business before we vote in March. Voting members of the presbytery and the elected commissioners from each session who will be attending the March meeting are encouraged to attend as part of preparing for our discernment and voting that day.
